- How do I know if others have reviewed a document?
Will I receive notification when a document is approved or rejected?
As a contributor, you will receive notification via e-mail that a document has been approved and placed on the intranet only after the document has been routed to all reviewers assigned to approve the document.
Is there a limit to the amount of documents that can be submitted?
No, there is no limit on the number of documents that can be submitted, however duplicate documents will be rejected.
What version of MS Word is required?
medXnet™ can be used with any version of Microsoft Word 2000 or later.
How secure is MedXnet?
Thanks to SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption the information exchanged using medXnet safe and secure over the Web. What users can see and do is governed by permissions set by the system administrator, which can exclude the ability to download or edit documents.
What are the system requirements?
MedXnet is available as a server-based solution ready to put in place and use or as Software As A Service (SaaS) with no on-site server requirement.
How do I know if others have reviewed a document?
To view the Document History, click on "View Details" on the "Document Summary screen then click on "View History" The complete review history will be displayed.
